As a member of our land operations, you will play a crucial role in the daily activities. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $22 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. Your responsibilities will involve operating heavy equipment efficiently and safely for excavating, trenching, clearing and backfilling. Join us in St Joseph in our land operations and be part of a dynamic team.Responsibilities:Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner.Shoot grade and establish elevation.Build terrace, land clearing, and pond clearing.Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment.Qualifications:2 years of heavy equipment operator experience.Must be able to read and understand English.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Must be able to successfully pass drug screening.Must be willing to submit to a criminal background screening.Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.Proven safety record.Able to lift up to 80 pounds.Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.Must be willing to work shift and/or overtime hours during the week including after-dark hours, and/or weekends, and holidays as needed.Must be able to follow instructions, take direction well, and be able to adapt to changes in the operation.Must have a strong work ethic and be a strong team player willing to help out wherever necessary and have a 'can do' attitude.About Company:Integrated Proteins™ is recognized as an industry leader in sourcing and trading rendered pet food proteins.
