Heavy Civil Superintendent

Together, we focus on highway, bridge & structure, airport, and rail/mass transit design-build and we are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent. 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and a dedication to high-quality work. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise teams of construction personnel to ensure that all work is completed safely and according to established specifications and safety protocols Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel to ensure that work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner Ensure that all relevant construction project records are accurately maintained Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that work is aligned with contractual requirements Ensure that all project deadlines are met through regular monitoring of progress Identify any potential problems and resolve them in a timely manner Qualifications: 5+ years in heavy civil construction as superintendent or field engineer 5+ years of professional experience in a supervisory capacity Strong understanding of the principles and techniques of heavy civil construction Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelors Degree in Construction or similar field is a big plus Knowledge of railway, civil, design/build, preconstruction, rail, mass transit, and airport construction is a plus Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
