Heavy Civil Project Manager

Position Overview: The Heavy Civil Project Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of civil construction projects that involve earthwork, roadway, and land development. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of construction operations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion and ensure that the project is completed on time and within the budget. Develop, review, and maintain project plans and schedules. Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful completion of tasks. Provide leadership and guidance to the project teams to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the scope, budget, and timeline. Oversee the construction process and ensure that safety protocols are followed. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project. Monitor the progress of the project and provide ongoing updates to management. Ensure that all necessary resources and materials are available for the successful completion of the project. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in civil construction, roadway, and land development. Experience in handling DOT/federal projects is preferred. Proficiency in project management software applications. Strong leadership and communication skills.
