Next, you move on to installing and testing a heat pump system, carefully following manufacturer specifications and local codes. Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with your team, ensuring every installation meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of HVAC experience, with a focus on heat pump technology EPA type 2 or universal license Technical proficiency in following design schematics and specifications Commitment to safety and sustainable practices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical ability to perform demanding tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position based in La Verne, CA. You'll typically start your day at 8 AM, organizing your van and materials before heading to job sites. Workdays are 10 hours long, with flexibility in start times between 8:30 AM and 10 AM.
