• Source, screen, interview, and introduce candidates to clients• Maintain accurate candidate records within CRM• Promote job openings and find new candidates using social media• Adapt to challenging situations and be solution-oriented• Communicate effectively with providers regarding job opportunities• Negotiate with candidates• Possess professional level of written and oral communication skills• Average compensation of $100,000+ in the first year• Average commissions per deal is $3,000• Meet weekly KPIs
Requirements
• 1+ years in sales selling products or services• Creative and motivated approach to create, maintain, and grow book of business• Comfortable with cold calling and following procedures• Coachable and willing to learn• Goal oriented and organized• Knowledge in the medical space preferred• Ability to meet weekly KPIs• Must have a computer and cell phone• Must fill out an application and provide CV
