Healthcare Member Services Representative

Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, prospective members, and providers, assisting them with inquiries related to benefits, pharmacy services, and provider listings in a dynamic call center environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and address inquiries from members, providers, and plan sponsors promptly and professionally.
Resolve issues and provide guidance on benefit plans, Aetna policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Document interactions accurately and track communication with members, providers, and plan sponsors.
Build rapport with members to understand their needs and advocate for their best health outcomes.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide relevant information to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
Previous call center experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Reside in Oklahoma, with the ability to work remotely.
