Role Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders and operational leaders to gain insights into revenue generation and service line profitability. Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial analysis within a healthcare environment.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, informatics, mathematics, statistics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in report writing and data analysis, with the ability to extract and organize data from multiple sources.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Master's degree in relevant field, clinical or operational experience, familiarity with lnfor/Lawson, Strata, Symplr, and Epic.
