LHH is partnering with a renowned healthcare company who is actively seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join their San Diego team! In this role, you will be answering a high volume of inbound calls, transferring calls to the appropriate nurse or Doctor, conducting outbound follow up calls, and accurately entering data into the database.
This is a Contract-To-Hire role with an hourly pay starting at $18.00/hour. There is strong potential for a pay increase, excellent benefits and flexibility if you are successfully hired on as a permanent employee!
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting patients and physician with questions and inquiries
Transferring calls to appropriate nurse or faculty member when necessary
Conducting outbound calls to follow up with patients and physicians
Accurately entering large amounts of data and producing reports
Assisting with clerical tasks through-out office as needed
Compensation: $18.00 USD per hour
Contract-To-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Full Time, 40 hours a week
8:00am-5:00pm
Onsite in their central, Kearny Mesa office
Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
Call center and healthcare experience is a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Passion for customer service
