Responsibilities
• Partner with Dentists to gain financial commitment from patients• Utilize financial options to support case acceptance• Educate patients on treatment choices• Overcome common patient objections• Keep Dentist's schedules productive• Support each patient in a consultative and educational manner• Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices• Execute the HC Handoff with each clinician• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations for patients• Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and patient insurances• Results Oriented, Patient Advocate, Process Focused Operator, Financial Acumen, Influencer• Self-motivated and reliable• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to handle and maintain extreme confidentiality• Organized and detail-oriented
