As the Head of Integrated Marketing, you'll work to: Act as a key member of the CMO's leadership team, uniting strategy and assets  across the marketing team under defined plans and playsLead a team of lifecycle marketing managers, event specialists and performance marketersOperate as a center of excellence for multichannel campaign strategies  to meet business unit-specific goals for pipeline, conversion, growth and other KPIsDetermine portfolio of campaign types to best achieve goals top to bottom of funnelPartner with the Brand team for full-funnel marketing approaches and handoffs, and help guide the development of performant creative and content assets Support business unit-specific demand generation specialists to achieve scale across campaign typesDevelop ROI-focused budgets for spending across channels Collaborate across Sales, Product, Customer Success , Business Development, Marketing Ops and internal marketing partners  Partner with MOps to evaluate  and leverage most performant channels on an ongoing basis  for plays and BU specific objectivesWork closely with Revenue team on lead quality, follow up and campaign feedbackDrive attach/upsell pipeline as day-one priorities for customer marketingPartner with Product Marketing on mapping and testing customer journeys in campaignsSupport the work of the BD team to enable channel/alliance/partner marketing motions with campaigns on an ongoing and as-needed basisThe Team You'll Work WithYou'll be joining ourMarketing team reporting to the CMO. Marketing is the engine for growth at Carta. We infuse the customer in everything we design, define and deliver and reflect the inspiration and ambition of our customers in the work we do.About You12+ years of integrated marketing/demand generation/ lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS Strong people manager with a player/coach approach to their workCares about, and is effective at, mentoringHighly skilled in working across Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, Product, Sales, and Marketing Ops as well as finance business partnersExperienced with analytics for driving campaign design, iterating on channel performance, assessing spend and providing reporting to CMOVersed in campaign/lifecycle tech stacksComfortable interacting with executives in a fast-paced environmentHighly customer-centric Biased for action and data-driven BA requiredAt Carta, you're not just an employee. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $243,000 - $325,000 in San Francisco, CA. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
