Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
-Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
-Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compliance and Policy Management:
-Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations.
-Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
-Conduct regular audits to guarantee compliance across the organization.
Benefits Administration:
-Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs.
-Collaborate with external partners to optimize benefit offerings.
Vacation and PTO Tracking:
-Manage and streamline the vacation/PTO tracking process.
-Implement efficient systems to monitor and report on employee time off.
Employee Relations:
-Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
-Conduct regular check-ins with employees to understand their needs and concern.
Talent Development:
-Work with the leadership team to identify and nurture talent within the organization.
-Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Demonstrated experience in benefits administration and compliance management.
