We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone,offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personalgrowth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Applynow for the position ofHeadof Compensation Consulting, Americas, and in this leadership role you willbe a key member of the Americas TotalRewards team responsible for overseeing compensation consulting within the region.This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our compensation offerings aremarket competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's overall strategicobjectives.Your role:Youwill act as a consultant and trusted partner – working proactively andcollaboratively with HR leaders, business leaders and other COEs to help drivestrategic Corporate & HR priorities e.g., DE&I, Recognition, Retention,Sustainability.Youwill ensure that stakeholders are consulted and informed on compensationrelated activity and initiatives in a timely fashion and gain their input andsupport where necessary.Youwill ensure that TR processes and initiatives are continuously improved.Youwill provide the business and HR with proactive insights and analytics.Youwill provide market insights and intel on key compensation topics.Youwill provide training & education to HR on compensation topics.Youwill drive consistency and best practice learning across the region and sharebest practice.Youwill project manage key initiatives in the region.Youwill provide quality consulting on compensation programs and partner withrelevant leads on benefits, pensions and global mobility where necessary.Youwill provide mentoring and coaching support for the Compensation Consultantswithin the region.Youwill ensure compliance with regional/local compensation requirements andstatutes.Your expertise:You bring in relevant working experience in Compensation and have a sound knowledge around all compensation-related topics especially in the United States.You have a proven track record in strategically developing compensation concepts and programs and driving them to implementation.You can identify business needs and market developments and offer solutions in a pro-active manner.You areExperienced at working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural team.You demonstrate willingnessto jump in and roll up your sleeves on several collaborative projects.You can succeed and create structure in a fast paced, ambiguous, high-volume environment with constantly evolving priorities.You have demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and stakeholder management across all levels.#LI-BH1To find outmore about the specific business, have a look athttps://usa.healthcare.siemens.com/aboutWho we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70countries.
