Responsibilities
• Perform HDPE fusion welding using butt fusion, socket fusion, or electrofusion techniques.• Set up and maintain fusion welding equipment.• Ensure fusion welding processes meet industry standards.• Conduct visual inspections of fusion joints.• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.• Accurately document fusion processes.• Identify and troubleshoot fusion-related issues.• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and team members.• Perform routine maintenance on fusion equipment.• Train and assist other team members in HDPE fusion techniques and best practices.
Requirements
• Technical or vocational training in pipe fusion, welding, or a related field is beneficial.• Experience in HDPE fusion welding or general welding experience.• Certifications relevant to HDPE fusion.• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.• Attention to detail and precision.• Strong commitment to safety protocols.• Effective communication skills.
