Responsibilities
• Upsell and recommend complimentary items to customers• Create an appealing retail environment by identifying customer needs/wants• Project a positive image to customers• Communicate sales promotions and new merchandise to customers• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone• Stock and display merchandise• Notify customers of special orders or back-ordered items• Organize and update displays• Assist customers with merchandise selection and fashion feedback
Requirements
• 1+ years of retail sales experience• Familiarity with inventory stocking and organization• Experience with point-of-sale and computerized inventory systems• Ability to look up parts and quote prices using the proper catalog• Experience with dealer management tools• Customer-focused and able to handle difficult or stressful situations• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and product knowledge• Attention to detail and quick learning ability• Friendly and outgoing with a positive attitude• Strong communication skills• Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
