Hardware Technician Skill Level 1 woodcons.com The Hardware Technician provides Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment.
Security Clearance Requirements: This position requires candidates to be  U.S. Citizens  and  possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph .
Required Education & Years of Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting the requirements listed below. Troubleshoot, repair and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment. Install and configure computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling. Maintain government and/or vendor-manufactured telecommunications equipment, fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/ethernet cables, switches & telephone systems.
