Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior System Engineer located in Austin, TX. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to systems engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, technical support, and systems design.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to engineer, deploy, and enhance data acquisition and automation systems for field application.
Oversee relationships with vendors for acquiring sensors, custom parts, subsystems, and equipment.
Produce technical documentation, including drawings, datasheets, wiring diagrams, PCB designs, and cost estimates.
Diagnose and resolve issues with data acquisition systems and sensors.
Design, develop, and manage internal testing systems.
Demonstrate mechanical and electrical skills in prototype development, including design, construction, and testing.
Advise on the continuous development and refinement of systems.
Support field testing of prototypes and participate in necessary travel.
Engage in sensor design and refine analog/digital signal processing.
Proficient in programming languages like Python, C++, or Matlab for system development.
