Job Details: Position: Handyman Compensation: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary: The Handyman will be responsible for performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, which could include, but are not limited to carpentry work; electrical; plumbing; painting; HVAC; flooring; outdoor landscaping and snow removal; and general facility repairs. Key Responsibilities: Complete drywall repair projects including taping, plastering, and sanding. Execute basic carpentry duties such as fitting doors, replacing woodwork, replacing transition strips, Reinstall cabinet hardware, drawers, and doors. Perform various painting and staining tasks. Collaborate with contractors and other professionals on renovations and complex repairs. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards. Respond quickly to emergencies, providing efficient solutions. Requirements: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
