• Welcome guests and provide warm welcomes• Guide guests through the registration process• Process cash and credit card transactions• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals/groups• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns• Promote teamwork and quality service• Coordinate with other departments• Provide room rate quotes• Share information about the resort and area attractions
Requirements
• Professional appearance and positive attitude• Excellent communication skills in English• Problem-solving abilities• Basic math and cash handling skills• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Attention to detail and strong organizing skills• Basic computer and office skills• High school diploma or equivalent• 1 year of guest services or customer service experience preferred• Knowledge of hotel hospitality front office systems a plus
