Guest Service Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team! Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication and the ability to problem solve. This is an over-night position, hours are 11 PM to 7 AM!
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS!
Responsibilities include:
? Running the night audit and resetting the operating system for next days business
? Sending out daily financial reports to above property and corporate team
? Greeting guests both in person and over the phone
? Coordinating guest check-in/check-out and assisting guests with making reservations
? Answering guest questions and assisting guests with any problems they may experience
? Monitoring daily reservations and ensuring assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
? Handling financial transactions (both cash and credit)
? Promptly assisting with guest requests
? Actively listening to and resolving guest complaints
? Ensuring cleanliness of the property and performing light cleaning duties if needed
? Other duties as assigned by general manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout shift
Detail oriented
Professional attitude
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
