If you answered yes to all questions, then this is the job for you!Pay Scale: $16.00-$18.00A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST RELATIONS SPECIALITSTAs a Guest Relation Specialist, you are the backbone of the company. Your main responsibilities include receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls. You should listen attentively and collect guest data to provide them with the basic information about the services or support they are seeking. Taking accurate notes and detailed messages is a big part of the job, along with having phone etiquette and great verbal communication skills. You will aid in scheduling service appointments as well.
