Guest Experience Agent

Job summary
The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for booking reservations and providing exceptional customer service.They also assist with guest relations, schedule services, and perform administrative duties.The work schedule for this position is Thursday to Monday from 3pm to 11:30pm.

Responsibilities
• Make reservations for vacation rentals via phone and email.• Confirm online bookings and be familiar with all properties on the client's website.• Provide information about vacation rental homes to current and prospective guests.• Assist guests with questions, special requests, and issues before, during, and after their stays.• Coordinate assignments with third-party service providers.• Monitor maintenance and repairs for homes.• Enter data accurately into various systems and databases.• Collect funds from customers for rent, tax, fees, etc.• Greet people who come into the office.• Observe established policies and procedures.• Perform other property management functions or special projects as requested.
Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.• Associate degree preferred.• 2 years experience in Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Sales, or Customer Service.• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.• Ability to learn and use new software and tools.
