POSITION SUMMARY: The Guest Experience Team requires a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests & owners. The position is responsible for assisting inbound and outbound callers. Key responsibilities include converting inbound calls to confirmed bookings, DELIVERING a great experience for in-house guests, while providing support to other internal departments. We offer an aggressive commission plan to our agents in addition to a competitive wage, all while being part of a great culture!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner. Provide guests with requested information concerning a booking and/or information on our local area. Obtain necessary information from guests to perform quality guest care services. Process incoming reservations received via phone and email; including guest, owner, owner referral, and guest-of-owner bookings. Contacting guest arrivals and assisting with guest needs. Respond to emails with guest booking inquires and general information questions. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant required to have high degree of comfort working with technology in a fast-paced environment and express professionalism at all times. Applicant must express team-working skills, excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow instructions and complete routine reports and correspondence. Requires arriving on time & staying late if necessary. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, flexible shifts. Enjoy paid holidays!
