As a Growth Operations Manager, you will take charge of the systems and processes that power our marketing campaigns, generate pipeline, and directly fuel revenue acceleration. Who You Are:
You are an integral part of our cross-functional team, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product departments to prioritize go-to-market projects and optimize the customer journey. Your responsibilities include:
Managing and improving marketing campaigns and operational processes.
Enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through innovative campaign operations and new implementations.
Ensuring the operational excellence of our customer lifecycle, aiming for delightful buying experiences and efficient sales processes.
Maintaining and innovating our MarTech stack to support our marketing goals and deliver exceptional buyer experiences.
Building advanced automated workflows and analyzing data to drive smarter, data-driven decision-making across the go-to-market team.
Your Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Marketing or GTM Operations.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
Demonstrated expertise in handling large data sets, with strong capabilities in dashboard creation and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions that enhance revenue and optimize funnel performance.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
