About the Role: Join our vibrant team as a Growth Marketing Manager! In this role, you'll be more than just a campaign manager - you'll be a driving force behind our user acquisition efforts, infusing creativity and strategic expertise into our paid media initiatives. If you're a problem-solver who loves to think outside the box and wants to make a tangible impact, this role is perfect for you. Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce, you'll play a key role in accelerating our growth by attracting new and repeat customers to the world of modern home furnishings.
Responsibilities:
Craft and execute growth marketing strategies across various channels including Direct Mail, SEM, SEO, Social, and Affiliates.
Lead the creative process across paid channels, collaborating with our integrated marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Optimize paid media journeys to convert potential leads into loyal customers.
Develop and manage custom landing pages to support paid, organic, and CRM initiatives.
Explore new marketing channels and initiatives to unlock untapped growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the Ecommerce and Analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure campaign success and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
Establish a marketing measurement framework to drive profitability and growth across all sales channels.
Lead and mentor a team of direct reports and collaborate with external partners and agencies.
Ideal Candidate:
4-6 years of experience in performance-driven marketing with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
Well-versed in both paid and organic marketing channels and tactics.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms.
Proficient in setting up conversion tracking and utilizing marketing technology.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Bonus points for experience in retail or design.
