Our team is looking for a top-quality Growth Marketing Director to join our team.Job SummaryThe Growth Marketing Director is responsible for driving and optimizing the growth of our company's customer base, prospects, revenue potential, and market presence for all market segments. The Growth Marketing Director will lead strategic marketing initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and execute growth opportunities; develop and implement marketing plans across various channels and platforms with a goal to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The Growth Marketing Director will focus and report on results and be an organizational thought leader for growth marketing and sales best practices and how to achieve results.Essential Job Duties:Develop, implement, refine and manage growth marketing strategies for all market segments:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company's overall business objectives. This includes identifying target markets, analyzing customer insights and market trends, and creating plans to effectively reach and engage the target audience.Lead the marketing team to create and implement data-driven growth strategies, including user acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and upselling initiatives.Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials. Protect and enhance the company's reputation and brand equity.Lead cross-functional initiatives: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and other teams to align growth objectives and implement marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.Partner marketing initiatives: Work closely with executive team and business development to align growth objectives and implement marketing campaigns and programs that drive engagement and revenue growth in partner channels.Industry Events and Associations: Oversee the direction of optimizing and leveraging GeoComms industry events and associations opportunities to create brand awareness and generate demand.Analyze and optimize marketing performance: Monitor key performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously optimize marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive revenue growth.Optimize digital marketing channels: Leverage various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.Develop high impact content for marketing campaigns:. Collaborate with the creative team and outside marketing firm(s) to develop compelling marketing assets and messaging that resonate with the target audience.Implement and oversee rollout and integration marketing automation:Utilize marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to automate and streamline marketing processes, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management. Align systems and reporting to overall organizational digital strategy.Stay up-to-date of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing. Apply new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement.Team leadership and management: Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team. Set goals, provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience developing marketing plans with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain systematic, organized procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with company personnel and the public.
