Grower Accounting Manager Job Description As a Grower Accounting Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes related to grower contracts, accounts payable, and operational financial information. Responsibilities: Grower Contracts : Collect and manage all grower contracts, including renewals and relaying cost charges. Packout Distribution : Ensure proper distribution of pack outs and handle routine reporting. Financial Forecasting : Provide financial forecasting for individual growers. Accounts Payable Communication : Handle all A/P communication with vendors/growers, assess charges, reconcile lots, and manage closures. Operational Support : Prepare accurate operational financial information for grower clients within predetermined deadlines. Qualifications : Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in produce accounting software, especially Famous . Familiarity with the citrus industry and packing house operations is a plus. Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required. Ability to work a flexible schedule as workload requires. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
