RESPONSIBILITIESThe Row House Coach will lead up to 25 participants through the Row House experienceDeliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 25 clientsEnergy and motivate clients throughout workoutsBuild Row House class attendance and retaining current clienteleEnsure safety of clients in regards to rowing and resistance trainingAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableMaintain strong social media presence to increase class followingQUALIFICATIONSAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust have musicality as we do row to the beat of the musicAbility to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all peopleFantastic communication skills and exudes empathyMust love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goalsPassion for having fun daily and making every member excited to get on the erg!Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environmentJob descriptionRowing is on the rise and Row House is at the forefront!
