Responsibilities
• Act as Air Lead on assigned programs, answering calls and emails• Stay updated on Cvent and Apollo GDS systems• Book and issue airline tickets• Collect credit card information for personal travel• Consult with attendees and book travel extensions• Coordinate with various teams to ensure program adherence• Exchange and refund airline tickets• Manage attendee registrations and system updates• Create custom reports• Handle PreTrip mailing documents
Requirements
• 4 year degree and/or 3 years travel agency experience preferred• Apollo GDS knowledge• Preferred knowledge of Cvent Registration System• Excellent customer service skills• Attention to detail• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Preferred knowledge of meeting/group travel industry• Travel may be required
