Tracy-Locke is looking for a Group Account Director to join our team!
The Group Account Director's primary responsibilities consists of driving the success of the business and agency.
Drive client and agency thought leadership. Own multiple client relationships through single business. Expert authority on client brands, commerce landscape and competitive landscape. Highly effective dynamic leader. Applies insights/strategies against program objectives/brief, ensuring insights support strategy. Provides actionable, timely, focused input and constructive feedback to the creative team. Owns P&L. Negotiates fees and contractual agreements between agency & cleint, controlling costs. Forecasts revenues vs. agency costs. Leads high-level agency partnership/IAT. Bring new and innovative commerce thinking to business. Manages and develops full account team. Agency leader. Education: BA/BA (business/marketing related courses). Industry thought leadership (seminars etc.). 10+years agency experience. Proficient in Keynote. A little about us: We are compelling commerce.
