Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly manner• Make recommendations and accommodate requests• Manage order guides and deadlines to reduce shrink• Receive and stock goods following rotation standards• Direct teams in handling, restocking, and merchandising• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members• Occasionally responsible for total store operations• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
• 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, and/or culinary• Ability to read and follow merchandising plans• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Must be at least 18 years old
