Work You'll Do: Inspect a wide variety of commercial and manufactured parts for compliance with engineering specifications and company standards  Verify correct product using job traveler  Use inspection methodology and record all results  Interpret complex drawings, process sheets, and company standards  Work with quality and management departments for any manufacturing issues/defects  Monitor machine performance and perform preventative maintenance to assure continuity of production  Read part drawing with sectional views  Maintain plant standards in areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, 5S, housekeeping, teamwork, and attendance  Other duties as assigned  Basic Qualifications: 1-3+ years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience  Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred Qualifications: Dependable, honest, quick learner, effective communication skills and team player Ability to work a flexible schedule including any days, shift, and weekends to ensure that the customer demand is met  High school diploma or GED Standard precision measuring tools
