• Executing every ticket with consistency, timeliness, recipe adherence, and quality control• Preparing necessary food items for meal period and next service• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas• Cooking for scheduled meal period• Following supervisor's instruction• Alerting Chef or Sous Chef of any deficiencies in food items• Notifying management of any pertinent information related to shift activities
Requirements
• Minimum of 18 years of age• 1 year experience as a restaurant cook• High school graduate• Food handlers card• Ability to communicate verbally and written in English• Ability to maintain knowledge of cooking techniques, menu items, and food preparation equipment• Ability to comprehend food orders
