Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Visual Content: Create compelling graphics with a high degree of speed, craft, and accuracy for our website, social media channels, marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and promotional materials. Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of our brand across all platforms and media. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet our goals. Leverage GlobalPassport™ brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across assets User Experience: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are modern and impactful. Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs. Requirements: UI/UX Design: Experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Illustration Skills: Ability to create custom illustrations and icons. Skills: High degree of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment. Creativity: Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
