This role will engage in boundary-pushing thinking and build strong visual strategy and visual storytelling. Whether evolving our classic games or creating the next generation of gaming experiences, Hasbro Games is constantly driving innovation—and we need your help to do it! Graphic Designers, with the support of creative leadership, will work both hands-on and with external on a wide variety of creative projects across Games. They move at a fast pace and work with a collaborative team on a variety of projects. The position reports to the Creative Manager and will be responsible for working with the team on creative development for existing and new business. A Day in the Life: • Create briefs/storyboards for video development • Develop User Experience for digital projects in development • Collaborate with Designers and Developers • Create iconography, logos, and informational graphics • Art Direct and prep for photo shoots • Work with team to achieve key milestones/delivery dates • Ensure alignment with cross functional teams • Explore and present trend research What you'll bring:Portfolio must be submitted at time of application for considerationAbility to contribute to creative strategy with cross-functional team on individual project basis Strong understanding UX and UI Design Ability to plan and produce work within the budget and timeline • Ability to negotiate with vendors Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Word, Excel High level of creativity, passion, and integrity Strong presentation skills Organized and able to multi-task in a high-volume environmentAbility to thrive in a changing environmentQUALIFICATIONS B.F.A. in Graphic Design or Fine Arts; or equivalent experience 3+ years' experience in related industry Hasbro's world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
