As a key member of the Digital Experience Creator team, the Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for using design to tell stories and highlight the firm's successes and capabilities to existing and potential clients. They have a central role in the design process, from design to execution, to support the needs of industry and Go to Market stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design in the B2B space, imagination, attention to detail, curiosity, passion. Key Responsibilities: Design experiences that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/ prospects. Interpret needs from multiple stakeholders across the firm and create innovative designs to convey desired ideas effectively. Translate data and research into compelling visual stories. Create eye-catching visuals for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. Assist in developing promotional campaigns, including designing banners, brochures, posters, and materials for in-person events. Design and present creative concepts to internal stakeholders. Enhance and retouch images, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Maintain and organize up-to-date assets, templates, and files. Provide input to continually improve the creative process Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: BA or BFA in Graphic Design, data design, or equivalent combination of portfolio training and work experience – Required Technical/Soft Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) – Required. Experience working with PowerPoint and MS Word – Required. Effective organization and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once - Required. Strong attention to detail - Required. Operates with a sense of urgency - Required. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, creative skills, and versatility – Required. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques - Required. Experience working with a style guide and brand – Required. Ability to work with a team, also independently at times, to meet deadlines – Required. Experience using Adobe Workfront as a work management and tracking tool – Preferred. Experience: Previous experience in graphic design (1-2 years) - Required Leadership Skills: Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the firm – Required. Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek to implement change to drive improvement around the creative process, and serve as a model of change – Required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. – Required. Compensation Range: $84,200 - $168,500
