As a Graphic Designer 1 for IFG, you will design brand identity systems and creative content for integrated marketing campaigns across all media. Key Role Functions Collaborate with creative team and business partners to develop creative content for integrated marketing campaigns, across all media
Assistance with the CMS compliance submission processes and marketing intake

Produce creative concepts, presentations, brand identity systems, design solutions, and final art files with minimal supervision

Demonstrates knowledge of motion design – using 2D and 3D animation to bring static images to life

To be successful in this role, you are a curious, conceptual thinker with a critical eye and attentive to details. Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to translate business and brand objectives into compelling, effective solutions, and the application of your design and production mastery to a wide variety of print, digital, and environmental assignments.
This is an hourly position that will report to the Senior Business Systems Analyst. It is strongly preferred that the candidate be located in or near Wilmington, NC and they will work a hybrid workstyle with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office. For the right candidate, we may consider remote nationwide which will require overnight travel to Wilmington at least once a month for in-person collaboration depending on business needs. This position does not offer any relocation packages.
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a creative field or equivalent related work experience An industry competitive portfolio (Portfolio samples must be submitted with application to be considered. Include a maximum of 5 work samples which best demonstrate your skills) Experience as a professional designer in an agency or in-house environment (includes internships) Proficiency with industry standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft software Experience with digital prototyping in Figma Proven ability to contribute to all stages of the creative development process from concept, design and final production
Mastery of design fundamentals, advanced aesthetic and conceptual skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to deliver and apply constructive creative feedback
Acute attention to details, process, budgets, and on-time delivery of projects
Preferred Qualifications Located in or near Wilmington, NC
Diverse portfolio which demonstrates skills developing brand identity systems and creative content for diverse media including, print, web, social and environmental applications
Strong motion graphics portfolio
Experience producing animated stories from concept to completion including motion, visual effects, asset creation, compositing, editing and rendering
Experience with Sprinklr
Experience with CMS HMPS portal for compliance
Proficiency with pre-press fundamentals
After Effects and Video editing experience a plus
Proficiency with Agile methodologies
