Job Summary Compass Group's Creative Studio, which creates engaging and attractive sales content, is looking for a designer who is passionate about using creative design to tell a story. You'll be bringing presentations and sales proposals to life, designing materials from magazine style books to brochures and logos. Plus, you'll work on creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to support our sales team's efforts. You should be a team player who is able to collaborate across divisions, but also a self-starter who can work independently on multiple projects. And you should be someone who thrives in a creative environment, but who understands the importance of deadlines and details. Must be based in Charlotte, NC.
What you'll do:
• Produce compelling, high-level, creative sales proposals for Compass Group's sales teams
• Create innovative and attractive PowerPoint presentations
• Work closely with Compass Group's sectors to learn about the company's products and services
• Build creative proposals based on requests from clients in an accurate and timely manner
• Work as a team player and independently, selecting the best course of action under tight deadlines
• Ensure proper use of all design assets including logos and images
• Consistently present new and out-of-the-box ideas for content design, and share best practices during team meetings
Who you'll be:
• Highly creative, engaged, and an eye for detail
• A project manager with strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple divisions and multiple jobs at a time
• Expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint
• Ability to develop new designs from conception to completion
• Ability to meet short and long deadlines, and switch gears quickly
• A confident verbal and written communicator who takes initiative and likes a challenge
• Bachelor's degree required
