Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Director of Sponsored Programs with tracking grant expenses and communicating with grant directors. Assist with grant regulatory tracking. Assist with budget analysis and compliance of grants by tracking expenses and rate of spending Communicate with grant holders, and assist with budget modifications Assist with IRB , IACUC , and IBC tracking Track percent of effort across all grants and track to ensure compliance with funding agency and university policy Input and track information regarding reporting requirements and monitor report submission Other duties as assigned Minimum Education Requirements: Two years of college. Related experience may be exchanged year-for-year to meet qualifications. Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements: Budgeting experience Excellent interpersonal, writing, and editing skills are required Independent worker Computer skills, Word, Excel, Adobe-basic, Email, etc. Hourly Rate: $14.99 (additional pay dependent upon qualifications)
