21+ years of age High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience working with grant programs Ability to receive a DCFS/CANTS clearance Ability to provide appropriate care for children and adults, develop positive and therapeutic relationships, guide clients in their development, and actively engage with the target community Ability to coach and train individuals while engaging in difficult topics Strong leadership abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Highly attentive with great organization and time management skills Valid driver's license and auto insurance Having a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience is a plus!
