• Serve as day-to-day program/student affairs advisor for a specific group of graduate students• Provide oversight of the graduate student experience• Advise students on academic progression, problem resolution, and course scheduling• Establish rapport with students and faculty• Interface with various campus departments and assist in planning special events
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in student affairs or related field• Experience in academic advising and addressing academic performance issues• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures• Expertise with online systems and data entry• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Master's degree in higher education student affairs/counseling preferred• Knowledge of graduate business education curriculum and international audience interaction preferred
