Raytheon is seeking a Government Property Specialist who oversees Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned property. The overarching objectives include ensuring property is managed in compliance with Raytheon businesses processes, contract requirements, regulations, and sound business practices. The specialist will support various property contracts in closure and work with site execution personnel, programs, contracts, and customers to ensure compliance continues to be a focus throughout the close out process. Oversight of contracts in closure will require the Property Specialist to interact with many locations throughout the U.S. and require use of a variety of systems for tracking and reporting on progress.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
+ Track plant clearance, contract transfer, and loss submissions.
+ Work independently and with other site leads to resolve problems by interpreting policies and procedures and developing solutions.
+ Enforce compliance regulations and audit protocols.
+ Research and apply property regulations, specifically Federal Acquisition Regulations ( FAR ) and the Raytheon command media.
+ Work closely with Property and Logistics functional management, Defense Contract Management Agency ( DCMA ), suppliers, contracts and other functions that support the Raytheon Property Management System.
+ Frequent communication and interface with internal and external customers on property issues, processes, and systems.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen as the position will require the ability to access U.S. only Data Systems.
Required Experience:
+ Government Property Management experience
+ Physical inventory and/or Material Handling
+ Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Responsibility of applying regulatory and contractual requirements.
Desired Experience:
+ Knowledge of FAR 52.245-1
+ NPMA certification
+ SAP experience or other property management system experience preferred.
+ Experience working to Government contract requirements.
+ Experience supporting DCMA and customer audits.
Education:
Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD – 163,000 USD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
