Responsibilities
• Coordinate program leadership team and fellows• Manage multiple projects• Communicate effectively with fellows, faculty, and GME staff• Create and distribute evaluations for fellows• Onboard new fellows• Manage program budget• Arrange and participate in meetings and committees• Review and revise program requirements and policies• Manage program documentation and paperwork• Assist in recruitment and selection process
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Minimum 3 years of GME administration or program leadership experience• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word• Ability to think autonomously and escalate issues• Attention to detail and ability to manage numerical data• Experience with database and spreadsheet management• Experience with email and calendar management
