Responsibilities
• Develop and drive global category strategies• Leverage negotiation skills to achieve favorable results• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex long-term agreements• Comprehend new information quickly and act with high numeric and deductive reasoning• Contribute to global supply total cost savings• Anticipate and mitigate global supply-related risks• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders• Communicate upward in the organization for reporting and escalation purposes
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree• Minimum 4 years of related work experience• Experience with economic factors such as commodities and currencies• Microsoft Office experience – including strong Microsoft Excel experience• SAP or related ERP experience is a plus• Familiarity with SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) is a plus• Demonstrated success initiating change and ability to influence• Confidence in role as an individual contributor and ability to lead through others
