Responsibilities
• Take inbound calls from international and domestic clients trading securities• Provide trading and operations support• Translate documents for internal partners and provide foreign language translation for clients• Support clients within Stock Plan Services• Manage efficiency and client happiness
Requirements
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese or Spanish• Experience with Global Services processes and systems• SIE certification• Series 7 and 63 licensure• Series 9 and 10 licensure preferred• 3-5 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, and/or Brokerage Services• Passion for trading and market knowledge• Excellent analytical skills• Availability for first, second, or third shift
Key Skills Needed
