Develops and evaluates documentation and procedures to ensure standards and processes meet the business needs to identify security risks and vulnerabilities across all TDBG locations. Supports investigations, risk assessments, policy and program development, including attestations, investigations, risk mitigation, life safety and security programs, and coordinating with internal and external partners.Depth & Scope:Prioritizes and manages own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivityConsistently exercises discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalates issues where appropriateBe knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional areaProtects the interests of the organization – identifies and manages risks, and escalates non-standard, high risk transactions / activities as necessaryAcquires and applies expertise in the discipline, provides guidance, assistance and direction to othersIdentifies, recommends and effectively executes standard practices applicable to the disciplineAdheres to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelinesKeeps abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assesses potential impactsMaintains a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteMay lead work streams by acting as a project lead / subject matter expert for small scale projects / initiatives in accordance with project management methodologiesEducation & Experience:Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required1+ years relevant experienceIn depth knowledge of physical security methods, regulatory environment, banking industry, products, services, systems and reportingKnowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulationsKnowledge of current and emerging trendsSkill in conducting tests and inspections of products, services, systems, equipment and processes to evaluate quality or performanceSkill in using computer applications including MS OfficeAbility to communicate effectively in both oral and written formAbility to work collaboratively and build relationshipsAbility to pay high attention to detailsAbility to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlinesAbility to work successfully as a member of a team and independentlyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
