Responsibilities
• Provide strategic guidance to business heads• Maintain and generate sales dashboards and reports• Coordinate with Sr. Director to track promotions and ROI• Guide the design, development, and delivery of forecasting models and reports• Partner with various teams to drive insights and develop new models• Help the Revenue Organization assess data needs and provide impactful insights• Take on assigned analyses/projects from the Sr. Director• Prepare materials for Management committees
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail• Intermediate SQL and analytical skills• Intermediate MS Excel skills• Experienced project manager with a strong track record• Team player with effective communication skills• Adaptability to evolving environments• 3-5 years of analytical, SQL, python, and MLM/Direct Selling experience• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or Economics• Fluency in a second language such as French, Italian, Russian, or German
