• Develop and execute comprehensive global product strategy• Collaborate with market facing teams and technical function for product development• Rationalize and build a healthy portfolio of products• Ensure product fit and integration in end user applications• Maximize product profitability and drive expansion• Build market insight, define global product roadmap, and drive product launch• Lead team of product managers and ensure effective execution of initiatives
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in product management, 5+ years in a global role• Strong knowledge of specialty plastics or chemicals industry• Exposure to working across global markets and international teams• Degree in engineering or chemistry, MBA desirable• Ability to travel about 30% of the time
