But we've still got a long way to go...fancy joining us?**Responsibilities**:- **Strategic Procurement Management**:Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.- **Supplier Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.Evaluate supplier performance regularly and implement improvement plans as needed.- **Contract Negotiation**:Lead (or support) negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are compliant, mitigate risks, and protect the organization's interests.- **Cost Management**:Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service levels.Implement and manage cost reduction initiatives while maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.- **Risk Management**:Assess and mitigate procurement risks, ensuring continuity of supply and compliance with industry regulations.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization against external factors.- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to operations, finance, and tech teams, to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.- **Ensure effective communication** and coordination with relevant departments to optimize procurement processes.- **Continuous Improvement**:Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.- **Implement best practices and innovative solutions** to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- **Team Leadership**:Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team, providing guidance on procurement best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.- **Define team goals and objectives** aligned with overall organizational strategy.Process Improvement:Continuously assess and enhance procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Implement technology solutions to streamline procurement workflows.Reporting and Analytics:Develop and present regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and key metrics to senior leadership.Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.**Great alignment with **our principles**, we take this very seriously.**- **Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field**. Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.- **5+ years' experience **in procurement required**.**:- **Proven experience in procurement**, with a focus on the technology industry.
