Responsibilities
• Lead execution of capital projects within scope, schedule, and budget• Manage project team and provide guidance throughout all project phases• Provide technical and project management oversight for design, construction, and closeout• Resolve project issues and implement safety measures• Implement company initiatives and achieve Key Performance Indices• Prepare and review project performance reports• Plan for changes in project scope, timing, or costs• Assign appropriate manpower and maintain job records• Negotiate agreements and change orders with contractors• Review project schedules, monitor progress, and address contractor performance
Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering• Obtain a PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification• Possess 20 years of project management experience in refining and petrochemical industries• Have subject matter expertise in Engineering Design & Construction phases• Thorough knowledge of international codes, standards, and specifications• Deep understanding of contract documents, project execution plans, and project scheduling• Mastery understanding of cashflow distribution, resource planning, and crisis management• Flexible and willing to work in multinational teams and different locations
