Responsibilities
• Develop energy efficiency roadmap for oil and gas refineries• Create energy baseline and define KPIs for analyzing energy performance• Ensure energy compliance and efficiency for each operating facility• Develop and maintain Energy Policy, documents, and procedures• Collaborate with refinery energy team to identify energy-saving opportunities• Analyze daily refinery energy usage and conduct energy audits• Monitor and control refinery energy intensity indicators• Conduct job site observations and field inspections for energy conservation analyses• Conduct internal energy benchmarking studies among refineries• Organize technical exchange workshops among refineries• Develop and deliver training materials to promote energy awareness
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent• Minimum of 12 years of experience in refining, oil and gas plants, or petrochemical industries• Proficient in relevant codes and standards• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in energy engineering• Preferred familiarity with ISO-50001 Energy Management Standard• Working knowledge of oil/gas-related plant processes• Familiarity with developing energy efficiency roadmaps and setting targets• Strong background in data collection and analysis• Exhibit strong management and coordination skills
